MomSub AGENCY
This is our nanny placement service.​ It works well for parents who want to research many candidates before hiring a nanny.

We gather detailed information from you about all the criteria you are seeking and run ads to find qualified, experienced nannies who meet your requirements. Each step is optional, as it’s up to you how much you want us to handle. The cost depends on how many applicants you want who meet your criteria and how extensive you want the vetting process to be.

You pay an upfront research fee to receive information on multiple child care providers whose qualifications have been verified and who match your needs and criteria. We can run background checks, contact references, conduct interviews, and share a summary of the results at an additional cost per candidate, depending on how much vetting we perform. We can record our virtual interviews with candidates and share the videos and transcripts with you to review at your convenience. We can ask the questions you request, as well as others we recommend.
If you want MomSub to handle invoicing, online payments, credit card transaction costs, direct deposit to providers, tax forms for providers, calendar updates, and ongoing communication to resolve issues, those services are included in the hourly rate you pay for child care. You determine your hourly rate in advance based on your budget. You can set up autopay to cover your child care in advance each week. MomSub pays the provider directly.

If you prefer a different arrangement instead of having us manage weekly care, you can choose to hire one of the vetted candidates and pay them directly. In that case, you pay us a placement fee before the child care provider begins working for you.

If you want the guarantee that we will provide a vetted backup provider for the days and times when your regular provider is not available, you can add our BackUp subscription service.
MomSub WORKPLACE
This is our workplace service for organizations, corporations, small businesses, and non-profits.

It works well for parents who need extra help finding, arranging, managing, and paying for child care so they can perform at their best at work. If this sounds like you, please send the name and phone number of your employer to diane@momsub.com.

It also works well for employers who want to improve retention, recruitment, and productivity while reducing absenteeism. Employers pay the fee for their employees to access one of our MomSub options. Employers also have the option to contribute to part or all of their employees’ child care costs for emergency or ongoing weekly child care.

MomSub BACKUP & EMERGENCY
MomSub Backup & Emergency Care is ideal for parents who want the assurance that a sitter is available to step in when their regular nanny is out of town, sick, or otherwise unavailable to care for their children.
For a low monthly fee, MomSub provides a vetted backup nanny with advance notice (such as for vacation coverage) or an emergency caregiver on short notice (such as during an illness).
To participate in the program, you must pay the MomSub BackUp monthly fee by the 1st of each month. Once enrolled, you are eligible to request backup or emergency child care throughout that month.
This is our only subscription service. Our other options do not require a monthly fee.
